This is for the swimmer who can swim the length of the pool and are ready to learn the four competitive strokes. Stroke improvement, diving, turns and endurance will be stressed.

Spring Stroke Clinic
 Improve strokes, turns and dives each week using drills and games, while also concentrating on endurance. Spring swim is an opportunity to try out what it is like to be on the Stingrays Swim Team! 

Winter Stroke Clinic
This is a program for youth to improve their swimming strokes. The four competitive strokes will be emphasized as well as learning dives and turns. Conditioning will also improve as this is held in the lap pool. To participate you must be able to swim 25yds of the pool.
