Gunnison County and City of Gunnison Subarea Master Plan & Three Mile Plan

We are excited to announce that Gunnison County and the City of Gunnison are collaborating on a new Master Plan for the North Gateway and Highway 50 Corridor subareas, as well as a collaborative Three Mile Plan.

This project will provide a roadmap for future growth and development in two priority interface areas between the City and the County. A project website is available at https://hla.fyi/Gunnison-Subarea to track draft plan components and opportunities to engage with the process.

Your participation is important in the creation of the plan! There are two ways you can participate at your own pace:

Subarea Questionnaire

If you are a resident, business owner or operator, property owner, developer, or community stakeholder of Gunnison, we encourage you to complete the Community Questionnaire. The questionnaire contains questions about important issues and opportunities facing Gunnison that the Subarea Master Plan and Three-Mile Plan planning process should address. Your feedback is essential to creating a successful plan for our community!

Map your issues and opportunities!
