Procurement, Contracts, & Grants Administrator


Are you an experienced procurement and grants professional?  Do you enjoy developing contract documents and maintaining compliance?  This is a rare opportunity for a detail-oriented individual that enjoys serving a full-service City in a truly supportive capacity. 

As the Administrator of Procurement, Contracts, and Grants, you will report directly to the City Manager and work closely with the City Attorney.  Your role includes coordination and collaboration with City staff, vendors, consultants, and contractors as you help the organization move forward a wide range of material and equipment purchases and capital projects.  Many of the City’s projects are funded by state and federal dollars and this role has the responsibility of ensuring grant compliance, as well as the associated monitoring and reporting.

The hiring range for this position is $69,500 to $93,900 depending on experience and qualifications.
