Active Senior Exercise with Karen Jensen
This class is held in the Lap Pool.  Karen Jensen uses various techniques to ensure that you exercise safely and challenges at you level of fitness. This class has activities in both the shallow and deep water.

Aqua Therapy with Katy Walck
This moderately paced class combines stretching and therapeutic strengthening exercise.  This class is ideal for physical therapy patients and the rehabilitations of injuries.
Days:  Thursdays
Times:  5:30 - 6:30 PM

Splash Class with Sarah
This class utilizes gentle movement and strengthening, as well as balance exercises.  The class is tailored to the skills and abilities of the participants.
