High Altitude Performance Lab (HAP Lab) - a sport performance and exercise physiology facility at Western State Colorado University

Senior Health & Fitness Day (June 6, 2018) - a day of fitness activities and health education for seniors in the Gunnison Valley.
Pickle Ball - a sport played year-round on a court similar to badminton and tennis.
Silver Sneakers - FREE memberships for  eligible seniors at the Gunnison Community Recreation Center
Silver & Fit - offers eligible Medicaire Advantage/Supplement beneficiaries fitness facility benefits
Wellness Elevated - supervised exercise program for people living with clinical conditions.
Yoga for Active Seniors - every Wednesday at 10:15AM, taught at the Sanctuary.
Yoga on Wheels (or Chair Yoga) - a free class every Thursday at 10:30AM in the Solarium at the Gunnison Senior Care Center.

SENIOR TRANSPORTATION
Gunnison and nearby vicinity -
bus rides available by appointment, 7 days a week, 9AM - 4PM.
Bus Service in and from Crested Butte to Gunnison, Montrose, and Grand Junction -
bus rides by appointment M - F (9AM - 4PM). Weekly bus trip from CB to Gunnison and back on Wednesdays. Arrangements must be made in advance! Call Barbara Mason at (970) 275-4768

Alzheimer's Caregivers' Support Group - every 4th Tuesday @ 12PM, Senior Center, Gunnison Community Recreation Center, 200 E. Spencer Avenue.
